About the event
Sudhir Nayak is regarded as one of the best Harmonium players in India. He had the privilege of learning music under two stalwarts, Pt. Tulsidas Borkar and Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki. He has accompanied who's who of Indian Classical Music and has performed solo recitals all over. He is regarded as one of the great Gurus, with many of his disciples have made name in the music field.
Dhananjay started learning music at the age of 4 and his mother Smt. Geeta Hegde was his first Guru. For a short period, he had training under Pt. Venkateshkumar. Since 1989, he has been undergoing training under Pt. Vinayak Torvi in Gurukul tradition.
